Courses
"Become a Musher"
This course has been based around people looking to own huskies, race huskies and learn to train and exercise huskies using 3 wheeled trikes. You will learn basic care and husbandry for sled-dogs.
The course starts at 11am being greeted by your instructor with a nice warm drink.
Then you will be taken to our kennels and introduced to all of our 26 sled-dogs (kisses and cuddles galore!). You will then load your own specific team in the Husky Van and drive to our 1.5 mile track.
After practice and instruction around the small beginners track, you will take 2 or 3 dogs around the more advanced track on the 3 wheeled trike. Depending on time and how you feel, there may be time for more than one lap. Also, if your instructor thinks you have progressed far enough you may get the opportunity to take 4 dogs around the track! Only if you're READY as this can be dangerous for beginners and experts alike!
2pm- Lunch time and photo break.
3-4pm: Cover the basic training for sled-dogs to pull, run in a team and Lead Dog training.
Minimum Age: 14
Price: £300 for 1-5 people

We are a small centre with well-trained dogs and well-trained staff. This gives us the flexibility to cater for courses specifically for you!
Contact us with your details and what you would like to learn, and we will design a course specifically to meet your needs. Be it from dog training, to trike training, to just getting over a fear of dogs- our instructors and large selection of stunning canines will be perfect for you!
